Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At ABC Foundation, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Donations
Donations made to ABC Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Products and Services
If you have purchased a product or service from ABC Foundation and are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned if applicable.
- Digital products and downloads are non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents access.
- Services that have been partially or fully rendered are not eligible for a refund.
4. Event Registrations
If you have registered for an event hosted by ABC Foundation and can no longer attend, refunds may be issued under the following terms:
- Full refunds will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the event.
- Partial refunds may be granted if the cancellation is within 7 days of the event.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
