Yulella Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit member based Aboriginal organization based in Meekatharra and servicing the Mid-West.  Yulella primary purpose is to support social development of Aboriginal people living in and around Meekatharra. Yulella delivers several government and community development contracts and aspires to continue to develop opportunities with a focus on education, leadership, and other transition to work skill development programs.

Retail Assistant – Meekatharra

Activity Support & Supervisor – Cue
Yulella Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) is currently seeking to recruit an Activity Support & Supervisor for the YAC Cue site.

The CDP is a community-oriented program that prepares job seekers for work while contributing to the goals of the community. Through the CDP the aims of the broader community can be realised, and local issues can be addressed through the development and application of local solutions, while supporting the job seeker to realise their goals and aspirations.

Reporting to the Mount Magnet Site Manager, your primary role as Activity Supervisor you will be required to source, negotiate, implement, manage, and promote Work for the Dole activities across a selected region. This position will foster positive relationships with job seekers, host organisations, Case Managers, Yulella Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) as an organisation and other stakeholders.

As Activity Support your role would be to provide administration support to Yulella Aboriginal Corporation (YAC), its employees, mainly case managers.

Case Manager – Mount Magnet

Yulella Aboriginal corporation is currently seeking to recruit a CDP Case Manager for our Yulella Mount Magnet site.

The CDP is a community-oriented program that prepares job seekers for work while contributing to the goals of the community. Through the CDP the aims of the broader community can be realised, and local issues can be addressed through the development and application of local solutions, while supporting the job seeker to realise their goals and aspirations.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your primary role will be to provide integrated case management to participants in the Community Development Programme (CDP) so that they can overcome barriers to employability and fulfill their Mutual Obligation Requirements (MOR) under CDP. This will involve engaging your caseload of CDP participants, developing job plans, regularly meeting and providing ongoing support to CDP
