The ABCFL River of Life (ROL) project aims to work in the community providing activities and services to disengaged youth and young adults. With a focus on providing access to night-based activities and a safe environment aimed to reduce anti-social behaviour, linking up On-Country learning and community support services. As this is a new pilot program we will provide more information on current structure and deliverables as it continues to roll out. FOOT PATROL FOR CARNARVON STREETS A new patrol has hit the streets of Carnarvon in an attempt to combat the town's juvenile crime problems. The Carnarvon Foot Patrol operates four nights a week between 3pm and 10pm. After only a week results are promising.
