November has seen the Yulalla Aboriginal Corporation Board approve the organisations Strategic Summary, which ABC Foundation has played a role in helping to develop. They have defined what they want to do and the associated vision, mission, values and purpose to help guide them there.
Yulella supports social development for Aboriginal people living in and around Meekatharra and surrounding communities.
Their vision is to see a strong and vibrant community and their mission is to empower current and future generations to inspire value driven cultural and social well-being outcomes for the embetterment of their people and community.
They value: Respect, Honesty, Tolerance, Community and Culture; and their purpose is driven by community, young people, elders and seeing their best future.
